Scope

It also applies to information processed within the scope of the q.track solution and the remaining solutions developed, maintained or supported by logicpulse.

The q.track solution is developed, implemented and supported by logicpulse with a focus on reliability, traceability, access control, information protection and service continuity.

Within the scope of q.track, security is considered throughout the solution’s life cycle, from analysis and development to implementation, support, maintenance and functional evolution.

logicpulse seeks to ensure that the information processed in the solution is used only for legitimate, authorised purposes appropriate to the services contracted by its customers.

Responsibilities

Information Security is a shared responsibility among all those who interact with logicpulse systems, data and services.

Employees, partners, suppliers and service providers must use information and technology resources only for authorised purposes, protect credentials, documents, equipment and data, comply with defined security rules, not disclose confidential information without authorisation, and report any incident, suspected incident, vulnerability or misuse of systems.

Incident Management and Continuity

logicpulse promotes the prevention, identification, analysis and handling of security incidents that may affect the confidentiality, integrity or availability of information.

Whenever an incident or suspected incident is identified, appropriate measures will be adopted to contain the impact, analyse the cause, correct the situation and prevent future occurrences.

Where applicable, the necessary communications will be made to competent authorities, customers or data subjects, under the terms provided for in applicable legislation and in the contractual commitments undertaken.

logicpulse also seeks to implement mechanisms that reduce the impact of failures, unavailability or unexpected events, promoting information recovery and service restoration in an appropriate and proportional manner.

Review and Continuous Improvement

This Information Security Policy will be reviewed whenever justified, namely as a result of legal, technological, organisational, contractual or operational changes.
